The doctor stopped by later last night as he was on call during the day. He presented several possibilities moving forward but the main thing is that they will do a more thorough MRI tomorrow to evaluate treatment options. So, we will be anxious to see what they find there and then hear what the plan is moving forward.
Brooklyn appears to be putting out a bit more fluid through her remaining external drain and so we will watch that moving forward. As I understand it, the draining rate also gives us a clue regarding how fast pressure is building up inside the brain.
I should also mention what a great eater this little girl is. She is now up to 10.7 pounds, which we are grateful for.
